By booking a private boat charter with Vistareel Beacn Nautical Charters Kft., you agree to follow the lawful directives of the licensed vessel captain at all times. Boarding takes place at Vigadó tér 3, Dock 11, Budapest. Guests must arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
Full refunds are granted for charter cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to scheduled departure. Cancellations within 24 to 72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund or free date rescheduling. In the event of extreme adverse weather or Danube river authority closures, Vistareelbeacn reserves the right to reschedule or issue a 100% full refund.
Passenger safety is our absolute priority. Vessel captains maintain full authority to deny passage to visibly intoxicated persons or terminate charters early without refund if passenger behavior endangers boat operations or marine traffic regulations.
